Fees are due at the time of our session and are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

  • 15 Minute Phone Consultation: FREE

  • Individual Therapy: $160/50 minutes

  • Groups: Teen (13-15) Processing Groups: $45/50 minutes

  • Individual Professional Supervision: $100/60 minutes

  • Consultation: TBD

Insurance

We take Regence, Kaiser, Aetna, CIGNA and Premera at this time.

We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. We can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. WE cannot guarantee reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.

You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:

  • Does my policy have mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
